Shipping policy

When you have placed an order and it’s shipped we will email a tracking number. We don’t require signatures since that will increase the cost of shipping. If you need a signature please contact us and we will do our best to make that possible with our carriers. 

We encourage you to request expedited shipping because of the perishable items.  If our customer didn’t select for expedited shipping, we don’t take responsibility in any case of spoiled perishables upon delivery.

We ship in insulated shipping packaging with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage for perishable items such as dairy and meat products. Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the shipping address zip code. A fee is also applied to the shipping cost to cover the packaging material.

We avoid shipping perishable items on a Friday, Saturday, and before a holiday to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse. 

We are not responsible for damaged goods while in transit.

UPS does not deliver, and we do not ship on the following six holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
